1. ORDERS

1.1 Purchasing

When you order from our website you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these terms. We take responsibility in ensuring that all descriptions and prices of products on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information as entered onto the website.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order ma be due to one of the following:

-The product ordered being out of stock

- Inability to obtain authorization of payment

-Incorrect order information supplied by the customer, including incorrect shipping methods and or product selections.

1.2 Prices

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in South African Rand.

- Prices are subject to change at any time.

-Deliveries are charged in addition to the price of the products.

1.3 Delivery address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address details you provide are correct. If you have accidentally entered incorrect shipping details please contact us immediately

2. SHIPPING

-We aim to process your order within 24 hours of it being ordered.

-We only ship orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and do not operate on public holidays.

-Once an order has been registered and payment accepted, and the order shipped, it is then in the hands of the courier service. Any delays in delivery times are out of our control and not our responsibility.

3. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

3.1 Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy with purchases made at Krood Jewellery. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.

All products are returnable, excluding:

- Custom-Made Jewellery
-All Products bought on sale

Products returned must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Products are properly protected We have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the return period. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

3.2 Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.
